All products on YourWatch.io are covered by a six month limited warranty. The warranty period starts once we confirm a delivery to the customer.
WHAT IS COVERED?
- Movement and its functions, such as all the declared working complications. We will accept a return only if the watch is either completely dead or some of the functions cease to work;
- Structural integrity of the internal components, such as hands, rotors, dial markers.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Extensive wear due the normal use;
- Water damage;
- Timekeeping accuracy;
- Shock damage;
- Magnetic field resistance;
- Plating or coating such as DLC, gold etc.;
- Any other damage that is obviously due an extensive external force.

REPAIR OR REFUND?
All returned products are carefully inspected by our watchmaker. Refund is issued only if there is no way to repair or to replace the watch.
